Its been worked on by an experienced refurbisher. All thats left to do is put a switch cover on the up down switch or glue the one in the picture on because the natural clamp system doesnt work on the current switch. You can put your own back and seat on it and new armrest pads. Those changes require an Allen wrench and screwdriver. They are not hard at all to complete. Its less then I paid for the parts before I refurbished them i just want to get rid of this thing fast.
