Brand New, OEM Replacement Cylinder for a Herman Miller Classic Chair. This is the SIDE ACTIVATED Cylinder, rather than the Top activated. It comes with the replacement cable, lever, and clip, everything you’ll need to perform the replacement. Take a look under the cover of your chair (it pops off easily with no tools and a couple good whacks in the front of the plastic “sandwich” above the cylinder/below the seat) and ensure this is the version you need, it is the newer and updated version to my understanding. I had a top activated cylinder and bought this by mistake.

If you have the older version you will need to replace the cylinder controls as well which I have the whole kit on another listing. This is an OEM Herman Miller part for the classic aeron. Check which type cylinder you have before purchasing as these were only used in the newest classic aerons. This is just for the cylinder as pictured.
