This is an OEM Herman Miller part, removed from an Aeron Classic “Size B” ergonomic office chair. It is the classic “graphite” charcoal-grey color. No screws or other hardware fasteners included. No mesh retainer included (the thin rigid border that attached). No foam insert included gooey adhesive residue has been removed! BL2B (embossed on bottom). 2B167032 (embossed on top). 01 1802 (on paper sticker). 799..1 (on paper sticker). 100% Functional – No Structural Flaws! This is a leftover part from a refurbishment, is 100% functional, and has no obvious structural flaws NO CRACKS! Ironically, it is probably in better shape than the part that went into the refurbished chair! The threads on the threaded inserts are in good shape. This is a USED part with the expected scuffs from a typical office environment – please see photos for details. Stored for in a smoke-free + pet-free environment with no history of bedbugs or black mold! Always kept out of sunlight! It originally came from a high-end office liquidation in Brooklyn, New York. This part fits Size B Aeron Classic chairs only. If you are unsure which size you have (A, B, or C), feel inside the upper lip of the backrest on the inside of the hard plastic on the side that faces the mesh, near where your lower-neck would be there are great videos about locating this. Used Herman Miller Aeron seat pan frame size B (2 dots) with dark grey mesh size medium OEM Genuine Aeron Parts. Mesh has damage on the left side when sitting on the chair. Small blemish that will not affect your usage. Does not come with foam. No cracks or issues with the side bolts at all. We repaint them with Herman Miller paint the frame to make them look as close to new as possible. Mesh is in great condition with no flaws(pic looks like there is stain but that is just a shadow).

Herman Miller Areon chair (lead, grey) B size two dots, back & lumbar, back is from 2002 Aeron chair, this will only fit a B frame, if you do not have a B frame. This back this will not fit, the A or C frames There are no cracks or damage on the frame the(pellicle)or fabric is free of snags. Mounting screws not included , the late Bill Stumph one of two designers of this chair had his design studio in Minneapolis downtown. Bill was great guy. Also a photo of back in contrast with black fabric to show grey color better, non smoker. The bottom of back left to right is 14-1/2inches wide. Measuring from back top to bottom over 24 inches.
