All the parts in the pictures are included. The chair has a good seat pan and seat mesh, a good seat back and back mesh. It has the newer style arm rest with the levers for adjusting. The gas cylinder is not working it goes down with the lever but has to be pulled up as you press the lever. It stays in position after it is lifted when you sit in it. It is missing the cover for the tilt mechanism. One of the levers on the right side is broken. It did not have wheels when I received it, the wheels I installed may not be Herman Miller. It has some scratched on the plastic parts and the base. It’s a Dark color, I believe Herman Miller calls it Black or Graphite. S ee the Model number sticker picture it may help you determine the exact color. This parts may not be suitable for end users because I do not know the exact color. This item is suitable for people in the repair business or people who stock parts. If you are picking it up please pay when you pick it up. You will need a Torx screw bit to to screw in the 4 back screws. We are not in the Office Furniture / Equipment Business. Most of the time we are only able to perform basic test.
