This is an OEM Herman Miller part, removed from an Aeron Classic “Size B” ergonomic office chair. It is the classic “graphite” charcoal-grey color. No screws or other hardware fasteners included. No mesh retainer included (the thin rigid border that attached). No foam insert included gooey adhesive residue has been removed! This is a leftover part from a refurbishment, is 100% functional, and has no obvious structural flaws NO CRACKS! Ironically, it is probably in better shape than the part that went into the refurbished chair! The threads on the threaded inserts are in good shape. This is a USED part with the expected scuffs from a typical office environment – please see photos for details. Stored for in a smoke-free + pet-free environment with no history of bedbugs or black mold! Always kept out of sunlight! It originally came from a high-end office liquidation in Brooklyn, New York. This part fits Size B Aeron Classic chairs only. If you are unsure which size you have (A, B, or C), feel inside the upper lip of the backrest on the inside of the hard plastic on the side that faces the mesh, near where your lower-neck would be there are great videos about locating this.
