Bought this chair about a year ago and now plan on picking up a bigger size aeron. Fully loaded Aeron size B chair completely adjustable. Comes with hardwood rollers and lumbar support which is torn a tiny bit but it still works. Last note the plastic cover on the bottom of the chair is broken a bit but it doesnt affect the chair mechanically. It never bothered me but it might for some. I’ve kept really good care of this chair aince its just plain amazing.
