Good seat mesh is. It has a good Seat Back and Back mesh. The armrest are the new style with lever for adjusting the height. The arm pads may be leather. It has scratches and scrapes on the arm rest base on other places. And scratching on the front of the back rest. See the close up pictures. Someone placed paper towel under the seat pad so I assume the pad is worn. The gas cylinder appears to be in good condition the goes up and down it stays in position as expected. It will lean back and lock in the upright position. It’s a Black or Dark color, I believe Herman Miller calls it Charcoal. I include a picture of the sticker from the chair it came from, it may help you determine the color. You will need a Torx or Allen screw bit to screw in the 4 back screws.
