In my humble opinion, the biggest drawback of this bolt is the T-27 Torx drive socket hole in the head. Less than 5% of buyers who are looking at this listing expected their arm to break when it did. That leaves 95% plus who are in disbelief that a seeming small load placed on their arm caused it to break. Button socket head cap screws aren’t intended for use where head strength is critical. The cantilever attachment the Aeron chair arm makes it a 2nd class lever with a mechanical advantage of 8 to 1. A 50 pound load on the outer tip of the arm multiplies to 400 pounds of force pulling on the bolt head. No surprise, 99% of these bolts fail when the head detaches from the shaft.
