Used Herman Miller Aeron seat pan frame size B (2 dots) size medium OEM Genuine Aeron Parts. No issues with it. Does not come with foam. No cracks or issues with the side bolts at all. We repaint them with Herman Miller paint to make them look as close to new as possible. Does not come with mesh only what is shown in the pic.
