Used Herman Miller Remastered Aeron size B mechanism. Came off a carbon colored Aeron. No swing arm bearing caps/cages included. The pictures demonstrate that the tilt cover tabs are intact and unbroken. The pictures also document that the lead screw for the tension knob is unbroken.
