With certain chair designs, specialist tool kits are required to easily re-assemble. We welcome customers wishing to visit us for collections & trial seating. We aim to be as accommodating as possible with collection times, so customers needing to collect at evenings or weekends need only to ask for our availability. Please note – before we can release any goods all orders must be paid for in full. Trial seating is highly recommended, as we appreciate it can be rather difficult to truly gauge a chair’s overall comfort & suitability without trying it out first. So here at Designer & Ergonomic Seating LTD, we offer our customers the peace of mind that should they wish to return a chair, for any reason – then they can do so within 14 days from the order date. Once the return is approved, we will schedule DPD to collect the box on a weekday pre-arranged with you. Please note – it is the buyers responsibility to repackage the returning item to avoid any potential damages occurring in transit.
