Used Herman Miller Aeron seat pan frame size B (2 dots) with dark grey mesh size medium OEM Genuine Aeron Parts. Mesh has damage on the left side when sitting on the chair. Small blemish that will not affect your usage. Does not come with foam. No cracks or issues with the side bolts at all. We repaint them with Herman Miller paint the frame to make them look as close to new as possible. Mesh is in great condition with no flaws(pic looks like there is stain but that is just a shadow).
