“New” means used less than 15 seatings! I believe this chair has all the possible adjustments, except I have not found how to raise/lower the lumbar support. Pictures show all the adjustment levers, knobs, settings, etc. Note arm angle is adjustable (shown with one arm max in, the other max out), adjustable in height (relative to the seat), and removable. Seat adjustments are height, tilt, tilt limiting and tilt tension. Has full lumbar support, both adjustable and removable. The footring height can be adjusted for your feet to rest flat on the footring, based on your leg length. Note also in the photos that the footring raises and lowers with the seat height.
