This was removed from an Aaron chair that had polished aluminum and adjustable lumbar support (that is why there is a small hole in the fabric lower down). Your chair does not need adjustable lumbar support for you to use this backrest. The hole is so low down, it will not be seen once installed. There aren’t any functional issues with this item. As it is used, it has only mild evidence of wear.
